This window is where all the chuteside job definitions are listed.
This window has the following menu buttons available. (See the List Windows topic to learn more about list windows in general.)
You can open this window by going to Fusion Admin → Setup → Chuteside Jobs.
This list is for all of the chuteside job definitions. A job definition forms the "template" of what will happen when a job (chuteside batch) begins. You can create as many job definitions as you like and even lock them to certain locations. When an actual job starts, it the chuteside batch will keep its own copy of this job definition, so it is not necessary to keep around old job definitions unless you may need them in the future.
|Name||Normal||The name you have given this job definition.|
|Location||Normal||If this is blank the job can be used at any location. If this field has a location in it, the job will only be available at that location.|
|Is Current||Normal||Lets you now if the job is marked as a current job or not. If it is not current, it will not be available to use at chuteside.|
|Used Count||Normal||Lets you know how many times this job definition has been used to do a job. It is incremented only after the job is finalized so if a job is started and then canceled it will not count here.|
|Last Used By||Normal||This will be the user who started this job the last time it was used (and finalized).|
|Last Used Date||Normal||This will be the date this job was last used (and finalized).|
|Requires Elevated Permission||Normal||Lets you know if this job required elevated permissions to start.|
|Created By User||Normal||Lets you know who initially created this job definition.|
|Create Date||Normal||Lets you know when the job was initially created.|
